A rare 1960s Omega Speedmaster wristwatch, circa 1962-4, ref. 105.002-62SC, the signed circular dial with baton hour markers, subsidiary dials to 3, 6, and 9, and outer minutes track, signed 17 jewel movement, cal. 321, numbered 19834377 within a stainless steel case, case diameter 39mm. With later and unassociated steel and gold plated bracelet.
The reference 105.002-62 was produced between late 1962 and the second quarter of 1964 within the 19.583.xxx to 20.525.xxx serial range. This model is very rare as it was produced for a very short amount of time. For only two years, between approximately 2,200 to 2,600 examples were produced.
