A Victorian 18ct gold E.J. Dent full hunter pocket watch,

the circular white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, outer minutes track and subsidiary seconds dial, signed and numbered E.J. Dent London 19173, movement signed and numbered 'E.J. Dent, Watchmakers to the Queen, London, 19173,' inner case bearing inscription 'Presented to the Rev'd Will'm Lake Onslow by his pupils on the paying off of her Majesty's ship Hastings, May 1853 as a token of their esteem and gratitude,' outer case bearing engraving and motto 'Festina Lente,' hallmarks for London, 1852, within a Dent fitted presentation case, diameter 50mm.
