An 18th century mahogany bracket clock by Edmund Poole*, Limehouse, London. The case with arched pediment with brass carry-handle, brass ogee bracket feet and brass fish-scale side frets. Framing a silvered dial with both Roman and Arabic numerals and the maker's name. The back A-plate is intricately etched with floral detail, swags and vase. Single fusee movement with verge escapement. 23 x 17cm.
