Westley Richards .450 Monkey Tail capping breech-loading carbine, 24 inch barrel marked 'Whitworths Rifling' fitted with folding ladder sight and stamped with serial number 9312, the lock marked with a triangle and 1874 date, the 'tail' breech catch also marked with a triangle and 'Manufactured by Westley Richards', the butt plate with trap door containing wire cleaning tool and a non-original Parker Hale jag.
