Japanese Tachi, 680mm blade with 15mm curvature, thought to be Nanbokucho / early Muromachi period, circa 1400, of Yamato / Yamashiro tradition, possibly by Sairen, the blade polished by John Boulton in 2011. The grip is currently not possible to remove.
