An antique Edwardian-style diamond ring, likely from the early 20th century, featuring a central diamond, approximately 0.05ct, surrounded by a cluster of smaller 0.01ct diamonds in a decorative setting composed of 18ct yellow gold and platinum. No visible hallmark, stamped 18ct, size R, gross weight:1.76g.
