Cogswell and Harrison double rifle converted to 28 bore shotgun, serial number 12088, with 28-inch barrels engraved Cogswell and Harrison 142 New Bond Street London, fitted with folding 200-yard leaf sight and fixed 150-yard sight, scroll engraved actions and chequered stock with escutcheon engraved LP.

Together with a letter from the manufacturer dated 22nd September 1976 confirming that the gun was originally chambered in .500 calibre and was made in 1883, sold originally to Mr L. Penrhyn for 35 guineas.
