He holds his FGA qualification, the professional standard in gemmology and has passed his diamond grading practical exam, reflecting his exceptional knowledge of gemstones. Although new to the auction world, Ian has embraced it with confidence and enthusiasm, quickly becoming a valued member of the team whose expertise and approachable manner are greatly appreciated by clients.
