Shipping and Collection
There are three ways to get your items safely from our saleroom to you: collect in person, use a Wilson55 delivery service, or arrange your own courier.
Collecting in person
You can collect from our Nantwich saleroom Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Collections are by appointment only, booked at least 24 hours in advance so we can have your items ready. We can't take collections during a sale.

Collecting items that require a licence
If you're collecting a licensed item such as a firearm, you must book your appointment by telephone on +44 (0)1270 623878. Please don't arrive without an appointment, as we may not be able to release your items.
Wilson55 delivery services
We offer two in-house delivery services: one for smaller items sent within the UK mainland, and one for larger, more complex or international deliveries. The advantage of using them is that we manage the delivery charges directly through your Wilson55 account.
Before you book, check that the delivery address on your Wilson55 account is correct. If no delivery address is set, we'll use your correspondence address.
Small items to the UK mainland
Our small items service is provided by Parcelforce. Every delivery is tracked and fully insured. It's designed for smaller items such as jewellery, banknotes, coins and watches. Northern Ireland isn't covered.
To arrange a delivery, add the shipping quote to your invoice in your Wilson55 account if one is available. If not, follow the link in your invoice to request a quote, or contact us with your invoice number.
Large and licensed items, UK and worldwide
For firearms, militaria, furniture and paintings, we work with Bradley's Antique Packing Services, who have specialised in fine art and antiques for over 30 years. Follow the link in your invoice to request a UK or worldwide quote. Once your invoice is paid, Bradley's will collect your items from us.
Please note: insurance isn't automatically included in Bradley's quote. Ask for it separately when you request the quote.
Arranging a courier
You're welcome to arrange your own courier. If you do:
