All keys play two notes and the instrument plays with plenty of volume. The bellows look to be in good order with only minor signs of wear. One tiny hole is evident to one seam by air felt when the bellows are squeezed together however the hole cannot be seen. The case lid has detached from the body, two of the seams have come apart, the carrying strap is damaged and part missing.
