Shipping & Collection

Collecting in Person

We are open for collections Monday to Friday, starting at 9.30 am with the last collection being at 4.30 pm.  Please telephone ahead to book an appointment for collection or you can book a collection time slot online HERE.  Please note we are not open for collections during a sale.  Please book your collection time 24 hours in advance so we can get your item(s) ready for you. 

If collecting items that require a licece, please make an appointment by telephone.  Do not arrive without one as we may not be able to release your items.

Wilson55 In-House Shipping Service

We offer in-house shipping for UK mainland clients on smaller items such as coins, banknotes, jewellery and watches (excluding Northern Ireland).  This fully tracked and insured service is provided via Parcelforce.

If a shipping quote is available, you can add it to your invoice through your Wilson55 account.  If not, use the link in your invoice to request a quote or contact us with your invoice number and we'll send you an updated invoice for payment before dispatch.

For Firearms, Shotguns, Airguns, Arms & Militaria or items of furniture or paintings, we work with Bradley’s Antique Packing Services, who have specialised in Fine Art & Antiques for over 30 years.  For a UK or Worldwide quote, please click the link in your invoice.  Once your invoice has been paid, your item(s) will be collected by Bradley’s from Wilson55.  

Please note insurance is not automatically included with Bradley's shipping quote and you will need to ask for this separately.

To use either service, please ensure the delivery address details are updated on your Wilson55 account.  If no delivery details are present, your correspondence address will be used.

Couriers

If you are arranging for a courier to collect your item(s) please contact us with the courier details so we can release your items.  Please note we do not pack for couriers, if you require us to pack there will be a charge for doing this.  You will need to arrange your own insurance when using any of our recommended couriers.
