Bidpath handles this information according to its own Privacy Policy. Once registration is complete, your data is securely transferred to Wilson55 and will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Third-Party Auction Platforms (e.g., The Saleroom): We may also host auctions on third-party platforms such as The Saleroom. These platforms collect and process your personal data in line with their own privacy policies. Where applicable, they may transfer your personal data to us to enable us to process winning bids. We will handle any personal data we receive in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you always check which platform you are using to access our auctions and review the privacy policy that applies to that platform.

Our own website may also contain links to external websites that we believe may be of interest. However, once you leave our website via such a link, we do not have control over the content or privacy practices of the external site. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide while visiting such sites.
