Our Sporting Memorabilia auction has over 150 lots including three strong single owner collections of football and boxing memorabilia. First, are a number of items belonging to Peter Robinson, Liverpool's former club secretary of 35 years, starting in 1965 following jobs at Stockport County, Crewe Alexandra, Scunthorpe United and Brighton & Hove Albion. Following this are a selection of European match-worn football shirts from the 1980's & 1990's belonging to former Dutch striker Eric Groeleken. Finally, is a superb single-owner collection amassed over a number of years relating to the Hanley born boxer Jack Mathews 'The Fighting Barber' and his son, Stoke City and England legend, Sir Stanley Matthews.
