Late 19th century French Cartel Wall Clock
Late 19th century French Louis VXI style cartel wall clock, two train movement stamped Japy Freres, striking the hours and half-hours on a single bell with an outside countwheel, the enamel dial with both Roman and Arabic numerals behind a convex glazed door, housed in an asymmetrical gilt metal case of foliate design surmounted by a bird.
