A 1950s 18ct gold Vacheron Constantin cocktail watch, with hinged pave set diamond cover revealing a circular signed dial with baton markers, baguette cut diamond and oval shape ruby bezel, cal 153/1B 17 jewel manual wind movement, signed and numbered 516246, within an 18ct gold case bearing Swiss assay marks and import marks for London, 1956, numbered 354322, to the fancy link bracelet, case diameter 20mm, length 17.3cm, gross weight 43.6g.
