Circa 1967, the signed dial with luminous baton markers, outer minutes track, date aperture to 3 and rotating bezel, automatic movement within a stainless steel case with maker's dolphin back, numbered 7304832, case diameter 38mm, with black rubber strap.
In 1965, Seiko introduced its, and Japan's, first-ever diver's watch, known to fans as the 62MAS. This example dates from 1967 and is in remarkable condition for its age, featuring the Dolphin motif to the case back and superb dial. This model was re-interpreted by Seiko in 2023 as part of its Save the Ocean initiative.
