Circa 1950s, the galleried and adzed top above two banks of three drawers flanking a kneehole recess, the exterior and recess sides panelled in burr oak, raised on shaped supports, bearing carved mouse signature.

Single family ownership prior to current sale, the grandparents of the vendor lived in Yorkshire and purchased this and other pieces directly from the Robert "Mouseman" Thompson workshop.
