Holland and Holland Royal Hammerless Ejector 12 bore side by side shotgun, Gun no.2 of a pair, 28 inch barrels with quarter and full chokes, the rib engraved 'New Barrels by William Powell and Son Birmingham' Birmingham nitro proof, 2.5inch chambers, the sidelock ejector actions finely engraved with scrollwork designs, the 'Patent Ejector' toplever with gilt numeral '2', with auto safety, lightly figured stock with Cast On, serial number 16953, together with a leather travelling case initialled M.D.C.
