Percussion silver mounted double 14 bore shotgun by Smith of London, 28 inch Damascus 'Twisted Stubbs' barrels with platinum breech plugs, side locks engraved with hunting scenes, figured chequered stock with scrolling silver trigger guard, long tang butt plate, hallmarked Birmingham 1827, fitted into a similar period oak case with cleaning rod and jags, G.&J.W. Hawksley powder flask, Eley cap tin and contents, wads, and a finely engraved James Dixon and Sons oil bottle.
Section 58(2) antique/ obsolete calibre no licence required to buy this lot, the purchaser must be over the age of 18.
