Enfield Martini Henry MkII .577/450 rifle, 32inch barrel fitted with ladder rear sight and secured by two bands incorporating bayonet lug, originally a MkI with early style chequered butt plate, the receiver stamped with a Crown and VR above Enfield and 1874 date, the butt with Enfield roundell and 1908, 1916, and 1918 issue stamps, Neapolese issue markings to the barrel.
Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18, age verification will be required if the lot is to be posted out.
