Section 1 FAC Theoben Eliminator .22 break barrel air rifle. LICENCE REQUIRED
Section 1 FAC Theoben Eliminator .22 break barrel air rifle, reduced in power, 14.5inch barrel with fitted with silencer, figured Monte Carlo style chequered stock, fitted with sling loops and leather sling, serial number TB9248, topped with a Simmons White Tail Classic 4-12x44 scope. Together with a hand pump.
This air rifle was bought as a Section 1 Firearms certificated air rifle. It was then reduced in power to bring it under 12 foot pounds and the police cancelled the firearms certificate allowing the rifle to be retained by the vendor. UK law however does not allow this and a Section 1 air rifle must always stay on Section 1 licence regardless of its power. Section 7(2) of the Firearms (Amendment)Act applies.
