Colt 1911 RAF Contract .455 auto semi-automatic pistol, 5-inch barrel, the slide stamped 'Colt Automatic Calibre 455' and 'Government Model' with British acceptance stamps and RAF mark, chequered walnut grips with diamond shaped panels, fitted with later target sights, circa 1918, serial number W106489. Together with one replacement magazine. Birmingham nitro proofs.
