Two extremely rare silver Naval belt plates good hallmarks for 1802 and 1803 engraved with a fouled anchor within laurel leaf borders, hallmarks include George III head and RF makers mark for Richard Foster London, fitted with two buttons and hook to the rear with leather backing (2) oval 82cm high
