Two Black Basalt teapots circa 1800 by Moseley and Poole Lakin & Co. both with hinged covers and moulded bodies, impressed marks to bases, (2) the Moseley teapot measures 20cm high Condition report: The Moseley teapot has some restorations to the spout join and rim and handle join. There is a feint hairline across the base also a chip to the spout. The Poole Lakin teapot hinge join has been restuck. There is a minor chip to the spout.
