Rear Admiral Cuthbert Collingwood, 1st Baron Collingwood, (b.1748-d.1810), signed letter, corresponding with Miss Collingwood, 'My dear Sister' from Barfleur off Brest, July 23rd 1800, describing events during the blockade of Brest, Collingwood also describes Nelson returning home heaped with honors by the King of Naples, and also recent appointments that have been made.
