Deactivated Irish M1904 Ulster Volunteer Force Steyr Mannlicher bolt action rifle, 29inch barrel fitted with folding ladder sight graduated in Schritt, secured by two barrel bands one incorporating a bayonet lug, the action stamped Steyr 1904, the butt stock stamped with UVF oval incorporating the fist logo, serial number 88 to stock, bolt and receiver.

This rifle is one of 25,000 produced with leftover parts from the M1892 Romanian Mannlicher contract. It was smuggled into Ireland as part of a cache of arms involved in the Larne gun-running operation organised by Major Frederick Crawford and Captain Wilfrid Spender on behalf of the Ulster Unionist Council.

Deactivated to current EU/UK specifications with certificate. No licence required to purchase. Buyer must be over the age of 18.
