A vintage 18ct gold, diamond, ruby and emerald foliate brooch and earring set
The breathtaking vintage 18ct yellow gold foliate rose brooch, adorned with: 51 surrounding rubies exhibiting warm, beautiful hues, 13 emeralds displaying luscious verdant shades for the leaves and a central corona of 14 dazzling diamonds. The gold has a textured, pleated appearance, giving the brooch a dimensional quality.
Similarly with the brooch, the earrings possess an equally magnificent floral design, incorporating the same materials and retaining the same incredible quality.
A full, clear hallmark visible on both pieces shows a residual French assay stamp, re-assayed in Sheffield, stamped 750, 1989 date stamp, gross weight: 46.32g.
