A Fine Early-Mid 19th Century Ormolu Mantel Clock by Vulliamy of London, no. 1140, the 'Rococo Revival' case of shaped outline and profusely decorated with cast shells and foliate scrolls in high relief against a patterned and stippled ground, the circular silvered radially engine turned dial set with Roman hour markers, dotted outer minute track and blued steel hands, the chain drum and fusee movement signed Vulliamy London and numbered 1140, raised on four scrolled acanthus feet to an integral stepped base with further shell and scroll detail, with pendulum.
