Creil et Montereau circular plaque signed Kerwich circa 1900 painted with gentlemen discussing a secret matter beside some steps whilst a lady in the background listens in, impressed and printed marks to base, framed, the plaque measures 32cm diameter. Condition report: crazing to reverse, minor glaze blemishes to the lower part of the panel. The very edge of the rim is sealed behind gummed paper therefore it cannot be checked for condition.
