Pair of Liverpool Herculaneum cream tureens circa 1830 printed in brown transfer and painted with pink, yellow and gilt highlights with French Scenery pattern, together with a small plate printed and painted with flora, printed and impressed marks, (4) 17cm high Illustrated in The Herculaneum Pottery by Peter Hyland page 184 and 207. Condition report: Each tureen has a rejoined handle, there is old restoration to the edge of one lid. Overall stained crazing to both. The plate has a rim chip and some stains.
