Irish silver dish ring with a blue glass liner. The traditional form dish ring with pierced embossed and engraved decoration of a country scene, shepardess, piper, bird, cow, sheep and buildings within woodland setting. Oval plain cartouche (no inscription). Approx. 20cm diameter, 10cm high. Hallmarked Dublin, 1902. Gross weight excluding glass liner 11.8 ozt. Makers mark J.W. over F.C.W. (James Wakely and Frank Clarke Wheeler). Condition Report: Very good, no obvious sign of damage or repair. Minor marks, wear and tear only. The blue glass liner also in good condition without damage.
