Savage 1899 .22 Savage takedown lever-action rifle, with 21 inch barrel, fitted with tangent rear sight, dovetailed front sight, and sling loop, action with magazine counter and most original blue, top strap with cocking indicator and fitted with period Lyman peep sight, the lever with colour case hardening, chequered pistol grip stock and forend, serial number 366533 for 1937-1938, fitted with a Hertel and Reuss 2/34 x 10 telescope with post and dot reticule. Together with two custom made Lee dies for .22 Savage High Power.
