A circa 1900 oval opal and diamond set brooch, the opal flat polished blue-green colour, measuring approx. 28mm x 23mm, natural stone back, split claw setting, a surround of 8 small round rose cut diamonds in rub over collet mounts, hinged pin and rollover loop brooch fittings (rollover safety loop a later replacement).
