Martini Henry .577 /450 MkII rifle, 32inch barrel secured by two bands, one of which is fitted with bayonet lug, folding ladder sight, the receiver with 20th century added Crown VR Enfield stamp,1876 date as well as other non-original markings, some period Neapolese issue markings. With Birmingham proof certificates and a reproduction sling.
Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18, age verification will be required if the lot is to be posted out.
This rifle has been held on a Section 1 firearms licence and is accompanied by proof certificates.
