19th Century mahogany cased field surgeons kit by Arnold & Sons, Giltspur Street, London for Grant McAfee, the instruments stamped Arnold & Sons. Mahogany box has brass inlaid shield and initials for W.G. McAfee, the hinged cover opening to reveal fitted compartments for the numerous surgical instruments. 33cm wide, 14.5cm deep, 6cm high.
