Early 19th-century mahogany twin-pedestal writing desk, top with ovolo moulding, hinged central writing surface with green leather inset support on "H" shaped ratchet support, drop leaf to each end, each pedestal containing four graduated drawers with brass star-shaped handles, reverse side of each pedestal with four false drawers of the same design.
