US M5A1 bayonet and scabbard, made by Milpar of Columbus, Ohio,
Columbus Milpar did not begin in business until 1960 and ran until 1970. In 1961 they were given an order for 190,000 bayonets and it is thought they were stored and used for Military Aid Programs.
