This sale features a stunning selection of high-grade gold and silver coins including a vast private collection of sovereigns and half-sovereigns from Queen Victoria to George V.  There are several other collections of historical coinage to include hammered silver coins and maundy sets.  Banknotes are well represented with several good collections of Bank of England, Isle of Man and Scottish high-grade banknotes including a stunning Third Bradbury Issue (January 1917) One Pound banknote, A Barclays Bank Limited, Isle of Man, One Pound banknote and many others from the Isle of Man and Scotland.
