Collection of Original and Unseen Photograph Slides/Negatives
Including images of the 1961 Aintree British Grand Prix and races held at Oulton Park in the late 1950s and 60s; numerous have been enlarged from the originals including images of Stirling Moss' Lotus at Aintree in 1961 with further of various manufacturers including Maserati, Cooper, BRM and an E-Type Jaguar at the 1961 Aintree Grand Prix being worked on by Tommy Sopwith's team Equipe Endeavour for their driver Graham Hill; also includes images of the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 1966 with further mixed racing, some of the slides annotated including several depicting cars at the Monza circuit in northern Italy and an enlared image of the Manx TT race circa 1948-49.
