French target pistol with case
French 10mm percussion target, modelled around the design of an Mle.1833 Officers pistol but of reduced calibre, the 8inch octagonal barrel engraved J.B. Lamotte St Etiene, plain back action lock, the trigger guard stamped with a letter P within a shield, chequered grip with boss to the butt, fitted into a later case with powder flask, ramrod, cap box and oil bottle.
Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18, age verification will be required if the lot is to be posted out.
Dimensions: The pistol measures 39cm long
