London Small Arms .577 Snider carbine, 21inch barrel with bayonet lug and folding ladder sight, saw cut to breech, the lock stamped VR crown, LSA&Co 1871, fitted with an incorrect pattern hammer, MkIII breech with the firing pin missing, the breech and butt plate tang stamped with unit mark V.1.Y.E.A 37. War department Birmingham and sold out of service stamps to the butt.
Section 58(2) Antique /obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18, photo ID will be required if the lot is to be posted out.
