Remington No4 .32 rimfire rolling block rifle, 23.75 inch octagonal sighted barrel stamped 'Remington Arms Co. Illon N.Y., half length stock.
No.4 rolling blocks were produced from 1890 to 1930, the design changing in 1900 from a solid frame to a takedown. The changeover occurred around the 130,000 serial number. This exampel is a solid frame and the serial number is in the 60,000 to give an estimated manufacture date of c1895.
Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18.
