Composed flintlock volunteer long land type Brown Bess Musket, an antique 46 inch barrel with faint Birmingham proof marks, the underside with maker's name Willet, the lock parts period with spurious added Crown GR engraving, the stock a 20th-century replacement carved with apron around the barrel tang, palm swell by the first ramrod pipe, and hand rail butt, fitted with brass furniture including four ramrod pipes, fitted with white painted leather sling.
