Cased Purdey 14 bore percussion side-by-side shotgun, serial number 4974, 30inch Damascus barrels, platinum breech plugs, scrollwork engraved sidelock actions bearing maker name, chequered stock, the trigger guard fitted with grip safety. With original mahogany case containing a screwdriver, Purdey trade plate to the green baize inside lid, with outer leather slip case.

Please note, the gun was originally photographed with an incorrectly fitting ramrod. A ramrod of correct length has now been supplied, see the later images recently uploaded. The incorrect length ramrod is included within the case.

Section 58 (2) Antique / obsolete calibre, can be owned without a licence. Buyer must be over the age of 18.
