A Large George III Silver Mustard Pot by Peter & Ann Bateman (Overstamped by George Gray), London 1792, of Neo-Classical design with chased pattern to the domed oval cover and set with pierced shell thumb-piece to S-scroll handle, the body with central patterned band featuring blank oval cartouches to each side between opposed pierced detail of repeated arches, housing a blue glass liner with star-cut base and raised on reeded oval foot.

Dimensions: 10.5cm long, 8cm high, approx 101.3g
