Gilt metal mantel clock inscribed Henri Marc A

French gilt brass mantel clock, 1850 - 60, the case reserved with alabster panels and surmounted by a modelled medieval equstrian knight, white enamel roman dial signed Hry Marc A Paris, twin barrel movement with Brocot suspension, external count wheel striking the half, backplate stamped Hy Marc and Japy Freres. Height 45cm, together with a glass dome (damaged) and wooden base.
