Two albums of Scottish, Lundy Isle and Isle of Man coins to include an Alexander III silver penny 1249-85; a silver Thistle Merk, 1601-04 and a good selection of English copper coins from King Charles II to Queen Elizabeth II to include a King George III copper 'cartwheel' twopence 1797, cut in halves, hollowed and threaded in antiquity as a screw capsule, also known as a "smugglers coin", tokens, forgeries and bronze Roman coins and other miscellaneous 20th century commemorative coinage (quantity).

This sale features a stunning selection of high-grade gold and silver coins including a vast private collection of sovereigns and half-sovereigns from Queen Victoria to George V. There are several other collections of historical coinage to include hammered silver coins and maundy sets. Banknotes are well represented with several good collections of Bank of England, Isle of Man and Scottish high-grade banknotes including a stunning Third Bradbury Issue (January 1917) One Pound banknote, A Barclays Bank Limited, Isle of Man, One Pound banknote and many others from the Isle of Man and Scotland.
