Dianne E. Flynn (1939-), Girl with dog, signed, acrylic on paper, 25.5 x 18cm.; 10 x 7in. * Dianne Flynn was born in Huddersfield, Yorkshire in 1939 and has been a full-time artist since 1976. She attended art schools in Huddersfield and Batley before going on to Manchester School of Art in 1970. Dianne graduated three years later with a Diploma in Art & Design. After a further year of study at Leeds Polytechnic, she was awarded an Art Teacher's Certificate in 1974.
