A 19th Century German Pseudo-Hanau Silver Snuff Box by Simon Rosenau, Bad Kissingen, 0.800 grade, of shaped bombe outline, profusely decorated in repousse technique, the hinged cover centred with a Classical figural scene (possibly the Flight of Aeneas from Troy), the sectioned body with floral sprays amongst scrolls, with partial gilt-washed interior and bearing stamped marks to base.
