A late 19th century brass microscope by Edmund Wheeler, London. The brass binocular microscope is supported on trunnions with concave mirror, stamped with the maker's name to Y-shaped footplate. Comes in an oak carry case, with seven additional lenses, magnifying glass on stand, a scalpel and three boxes of slide specimens. The case measures 42 x 19 cm.
